INNER COMPASS 8-WEEK GROUP

Wednesday evenings, May 20 - July 15,
7 - 8:30pm PT
(no group on Wed, July 1)

Fill out the form below if you’re interested, and I will get back to you soon.

This group is for the “woo-curious”: people who have a sense that something outside their thinking brain might hold a key to a more fulfilling life and a happier day-to-day existence. This growth starts with your inner compass - the quiet wisdom that speaks to us and through us. It points you toward your own definition of success, and your own, unique power and way of being. In this group, you will rediscover your inner compass, learn how to listen to it, build trust in it, and start to follow it.

If this sounds intriguing, this 8-week group may be just right for you. Fill out the form below if you’re interested in learning more, and I will reach out to you. More details about the group and statements from previous participants are below the interest form.

You can also come join me on May 6th for a free workshop that will give you a taste of the 8-week group.

What past participants have to say

“If you feel called to explore your inner compass in the company of other rare and beautiful souls, this course is for you! It shines light into hidden or uncharted spaces, giving you new and helpful perspective on your one precious life. Brian creates such a safe, non-judgmental, and curious environment and experience that's ripe for making invaluable discoveries.”
- Jen J.

“The Inner Compass Group helped me come home to myself. Brian facilitates with kindness and curiosity, and you discover your own insights about who you are and what moves you. I learned to feel into my inner compass, and to rediscover what “me” feels like beneath it all. A beautiful experience.”
- Nathaniel K.

The Inner Compass Group was a turning point for me. I walked in defining success through the expectations and opinions of others, and walked out with a completely new understanding: success now means being true to myself, letting go, enjoying life, and honoring my own thoughts and feelings. Through the exercises in group sessions, I identified my inner compass as the feeling of alignment, the intuition that signals misalignment, the reminder that I always have a choice in how I respond, and the truth that I am only responsible for myself. Most importantly, I reconnected with the feeling of love that is mine—steady, guiding, and always pointing me in the right direction.

I’m grateful for the moments where I saw my true self clearly—free, alive, and capable of embracing my superpower and those carefree moments that I often overlook. The group exercises were enlightening, the connections formed outside the session were inspiring, and Brian’s insights and leadership were genuinely thought‑provoking. This experience helped me to let go in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m walking forward with a deeper sense of alignment and trust in myself.

- Kristin H.

Details about the group

Origin of this group

My post, Becoming an Anti-Executive Coach, is the long version of why I decided to make this group. The short version is: this is the group I wish I had been a part of 10 or 20 years ago. When I was in my 20s and 30s, I had a vague sense that there was more on offer in life then the executive path I was on. But I was stuck in a rut of habitual thinking that came from the culture around me. It can feel heretical to question the expectations of your culture, parents, teachers, friends, etc., But following this culture shouldn’t prevail over your inner knowing. This group is all about discovering that inner knowing (aka, your inner compass), listening to what it has to say, and setting a new course based on who you are!

Outcomes

Each participant will come away with new insights and understandings about themselves, their experience of life, and how to live according to their own, unique inner compass. They will be taking steps toward what they love. They will have a deeper freedom and playfulness about their lives. They will have more self-trust and self-love. They will feel connected to a community that supports them in following their inner knowing.
